Returns Policy – Next Stage Dance Wear

At Next Stage Dance Wear, we want you to feel confident when purchasing pre-owned dance costumes. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may request a return under the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You have 10 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Items must be returned in the same condition received, with all tags and packaging included.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for items worn after delivery, returned outside the 10-day window, or without tags.
3. Return Process
Email Management@nextstagedancewear.com with your order number and reason for return.
Customer covers return postage costs.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued after inspection and may be reduced or refused if the item is not returned in acceptable condition.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges; you may return an item and place a new order.
